Formerly known as The Boiler Room Sauna, Hove Den is a friendly and welcoming men's sauna located in the heart of Hove, offering two floors of space to relax, unwind, socialise and be yourself.
When you arrive, the friendly Hove Den team will get you checked in, provide you with a towel and give you a locker for your belongings — with no coins needed for the lockers. From there, you’re free to explore the venue at your own pace.
Whether it’s your first visit to a men’s sauna or you’re already a regular, Hove Den provides a friendly, laid-back space where you can meet other men, unwind and enjoy yourself.

PARKING
Any single yellow or double yellow line on street. Wardens don't operate at this time. In front of our venue, Tesco Express or The Autocentre, as they are all closed at this time.
Spread across two floors, there is plenty to explore at Hove Den. On the ground floor you’ll find the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi spa, showers and changing facilities, along with a comfortable lounge where you can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and chilled water. There’s also food and snacks available and a licensed bar open until 1am.
Head upstairs and you’ll find private cabin rooms with padded beds, a large cinema with tiered seating and additional play areas. At the rear of the venue there is also a private, sheltered outdoor smoking area.
